Allie-Mae Williams Multi-Service Center CCEOC Building Rehabilitation Building ​

Exterior additions and renovations to the exterior skin of the CCNFC Building and Senior Center Building including a new esxterior stairs, exterior canopies and walkways, removal and replacement of all windows and storefront entrances, refurbishment of existing brick masonry, instatllation of new glass-fiber reinforced concrete panels, aluminum storefronts, glazed aluminumcurtain wall system, aluminum storecront entrances, removal and replacement of the existing roof on the CCNFC Building, associated site work, removal and replacement of the existing elevator in the existing shaft and pit, interior renovations including demolition of existing ceilings, walls and flooring materials, construction of interior build out and finishes, construction of new Toilet Rooms, all associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing renovations.
