Facilities Maintenance

Facilities maintenance contracts are used for municipalities or owners with multiple facilities. Work performed under this contract can be smaller in scope, such as installation of a new door or acoustical ceiling to a very large scope of work such as putting a face lift on a school inside and out over the summer to prepare for the new school year. We have held contracts with Jefferson Parish School Board, City of New Orleans, Cargill, and Ochsner Health System.
