The Work consists of the following:

• renovation and repair of a fountain and its components
• replacing existing lighting with more efficient fixtures
• grouting stone plaza area to make it ADA compliant
• new granite installation selectively throughout the plaza at existing slate bands and within the fountain area
• general rehabilitation of existing structures through cleaning and replastering
• repairing, refurbishing, and replacing fountain nozzles, manifolds, and components
• repairing fountain piping that has been tested prior and has been documented to fail pressure testing
• demolishing old lighting fixtures and installing new LED lighting
• polishing all stainless steel elements to remain
• cleaning all staining of stone to remain and stuccoed surfaces,
• removal of stone within fountain basin—some stone to be stockpiled, cleaned, and reinstalled, new stone to be installed at areas indicated; water-proofing membrane applied and leak testing at existing fountain and water troughs
