The Work of this Project consists of: 

• Repair, clean, and repoint stone, terra cotta, and masonry facings on the building.
• Clear coat existing marble, terra cotta, and masonry facings.
• Provide dampproofing system of basement wall along Chartres Street (alternate).
• Level existing granite and concrete exterior step units.
  Replace basement vehicular overhead rolling doors. Tie into existing controls equipment.
• Provide replacement lighting equipment and wiring at existing exterior wall mounted and monumental light fixtures. Repair fixtures where needed, to match existing, and paint all fixtures.
