The proposed scope of work consists of the following- Apply water repellant on entire surface of exterior brickwork and limestone, repoint at indicated areas, minor demo of existing and new concrete walkways and pavers, new steel picket fence around site perimeter with access control gates, steel repair at rusted fire-escapes and repaint, new paint at all interior walls, trim, doors and hard ceilings, plaster repair at interior walls and ceilings, new VCT flooring, new wood flooring at termite damaged areas, refinish of all existing wood floors, terrazzo floor restoration, high performance coating at some floors, new ceiling work at cafeteria, library and auditorium, replace termite damaged trim, restore historic wood doors and transoms at corridors, restoration at several rooms to original historic look, new roller shades at windows, new bannister work at stairwells for life safety, raise existing kiddie-height plumbing fixtures and toilet accessories at restrooms to normal adult height, associated tile work at restrooms, replace all existing interior light fixtures with new LED fixtures, add a lightning control system, add power outlets at some classrooms.
